Privacy Policy | Thrive Through Waves

This policy explains what personal data I collect when you visit thrivethroughwaves.com, sign up for my emails or buy the Complete Longevity Bundle, why I collect it, and what your rights are.

1. Who is responsible for your data

-Thrive Through Waves is run by Rps International LTD (company number 13320474), registered office 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, England (“I”, “me”).

2. What data I collect

- When you sign up: your email address.

- When you buy: your name, email address, billing details (such as your country) and the details of your order. Payments are handled by Stripe. I do not receive your full card number.

- When you write to me: your email address and whatever you tell me.

- When you visit the site: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device and pages viewed. This is collected by the platform that runs the site (see section 5). You do not have to give me your email address, but without it I cannot send you the access link, the free checklist or the ebooks.

3. Why I use your data and on what legal basis

- To give you access to the bundle, deliver the ebooks and manage your order (legal basis: performance of a contract).

- To send you the emails you signed up for: your access link, the free checklist, reminders about the bundle and occasional updates (legal basis: your consent). You can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email. This does not affect anything I did before you withdrew it.

- To keep the financial records that tax and accounting law require (legal basis: legal obligation).

- To keep the site secure, prevent fraud, answer your questions and handle refund requests (legal basis: my legitimate interest in running a safe and working business). I do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, and I do not sell your personal data.

4. How long I keep your data

- Your email address: until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it.

- Order and payment records: for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

- Messages you send me: for as long as needed to answer you and deal with any refund or complaint.

5. Who I share your data with

- Systeme.io (operated by ITACWT Limited, Ireland): the platform I use for this website, my emails and orders. According to its own privacy policy, its servers are hosted in Ireland.

- Stripe: processes card payments. See stripe.com/privacy.

- Professional advisers (for example an accountant) and public authorities, only where the law requires it or where needed to keep my accounts.

6. Transfers outside the UK and EEA I do not deliberately transfer your data outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Stripe is a global company and may process some data in other countries. Please see Stripe's privacy policy for details on how it protects such data.

7. Your rights You have the right to ask me for access to your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how I use it, to object to my use of it, and to receive it in a portable format. Where I use your data based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To use any of these rights, email me at hello@thrivethroughwaves.com. I will reply within one month. If you are not happy with how I handle your data, you can complain to your data protection authority, for example the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK (ico.org.uk) or the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos in Spain (aepd.es).

8. Cookies This website is built on Systeme.io, which may use cookies and similar technologies to run the pages and to measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

9. Children My ebooks are written for adults. I do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to this policy If I change this policy, I will update the date at the top of this page.
